Using the GEO with a hovabator?

Last year I had a problem with mold on my eggs using damp vermiculite and a hovabator. This year ive ordered the GEO since reading this is a preferred method for many breeders. My females are due to lay any day. Now im reading the GEO is not recommended for hovibators due to issues with not enough humidity and eggs denting. Anubody have experience with this method?
