Possible Eggs?

I just rescued a female gecko from horrible conditions, calci sand, no heat, just 2 hides no moist hide at all. She was housed with a male for 2 years apparently, and he did pass away shortly after obtaining him.

Is it possible for her to lay eggs? She is plump, but I can't see any good indication of eggs from her belly.
Or do you think it could be impossible since she had no lay box for so long that she just reabsorbs them everytime? I'll try to take pictures tomorrow or later tonight of her underside. I'm waiting for her to poop to make any assumptions about her size, maybe she's just got a big duke coming her way and it's making her big, you never know with calcium sand.

What I would do is give her a nice warm water soak just in case it may be impaction. The warm water soak could help get her to pass the impaction. I would make a nice moist lay box for her just in cage with coco fiber in it, just so it's there for her to use til you see her reach a more normal size. Finally i would start working on giver her calci, D3, and multi vits to help form the eggs IF she is gonna have some. And just always doing that for her is good too. Also leave a small cap of just Calci in her tank so that she can lick at it if she needs it. See if she will eat. Often times they wont eat til they pass the eggs. Look out for any poop too and for like the first 2 weeks of having her take poop logs. What day she poops, how many times she pooped that day, what the poop look liked, and if it smelt or not. The poop logs would help to see if it's impaction or not and it could be of some help to a vet if you take her to one.

She actually ate and was interested in a superworm. I didn't want to feed her too much just incase it was impaction, wouldnt wanna make it worse. I've had her for a few days now, I've been giving her a drop of olive oil daily, and she has a dish with calcium in there, and by the looks of the mess beside it, I think she's already used it.

I just hope she passes something soon, I had a rescue come in and I gave her the same treatment with baths and she wasn't even impacted, and it took her almost 2 weeks to poop, so I'm trying to be patient.

I just dont want to get too patient and have an emergency.
