Hey guys,
Up until this point, I was under the impression that the pink dots in the abdomen were the only indicator of ovulation. However recently I saw a youtube video from a very respected breeder in the hobby that said if a female's abdomen is ALL white (you cannot make out the fat pads), that is another indicator that she is ovulating.. In addition to this, I purchased a female leopard gecko recently and the breeder informed me that she was ovulating, however when I looked, she didn't have the pink dots, her abdomen was SOLID white however. Just looking for some other opinions as to the validity of this before I start pairing.
Thanks,
