Im not the best at typing either and I understand what you are asking so get your temps to 90-92, 83 is too cool to stimulate breeding.
If you get your temps up you should get better results.
Also are you putting the male in the with the female or the female in with the male, change it up and see what happens once you get your temps up. I find I have better results putting the male in the females bins, its a new setting and they seem to be more curious.

after you get the temps up put him in with her, that may help a little too.

I have bad grammer and never use spell check and no one complains about or to me, unless that is that they do it behind my back that is.
