How long (approx.) will it take for this egg to hatch?

Mid 80's should be about 40 days. Closer to 80 will approach 60 days.

From my experience, it should take anywhere between 30 - 80 days for a gecko to hatch depending on the temperature.

Usually higher temperatures, will result in shorter incubation periods (closer to the 30 day mark). Lower temps (Incubating for Female) will usually result in longer incubation times, between 60-80 days.
