Did my girl lay a dud

I came home yesterday to my first eggs, I belive I caught her just as she had finished lay as she hadn't covered the eggs up yet. One egg was nice firm and round the other was cigar shaped and very soft. I thought this may be do to just being laid but after 12 hours its still very soft. Do you think this will be a dud?
Also this is the first clutch of a first year breeder

Thanks for any insight you may offer

Its more then likely going to be a dude, but keep it in the bator just inscase

I had a few softies, which I was sure were duds, but all 4 of them hatched out. not sure what caused it, loads of Ca lots of food but they stayed soft the whole time, and hatched out 8 weeks on the button, all of them, (2 weeks apart).
