may have just done something stupid!...
Well i looked at my SIM incubator and 2 of the eggs had a little dent in them so i moved them to a normal setup then I looked and noticed a lot of water at bottom of SIM so i took rack out (about 20 eggs on it) and dumped the excess pooling water and put rack in. Now I'm wondering if i should of just left it in there (the water at bottom)....... Advice!?

Since the SIM substrate is providing humidity and not touching the eggs, in my opinion I don't think you have to worry about water at the bottom. The humidity in my leo egg SIM is between 95-100%.
