So I bought this little guy a while back, cute little guy. Been wanting to get him a tank mate either a female or male. But not exactly sure what sex my AFT is

I see both pores and bulges so I think it's a male. Unless you want to breed, he will have to live alone.

Thank you for your reply Aliza, I kinda saw all that two but had many confusing answers. I guess Ice Cream will live alone he prolly wants it that way anyways. Unless I find a good looking female for him

Yeah, looks Male to me too. AFT, like Leos, aren't really social animals anyways so he'll be happy alone. ;)

Thanks I'm really new to this owning a Gecko but he has a very nice home. I used to have Brearded Dragons. And it's a bit different. Great website lots good info. Maybe I later I can add a Leo to my house but in its own terrarium to change up the colors

Here is another photo of her :)

She is from Geckos Etc in the States (I live in Canada and had her brought up).

Here is a photo of Toffee, whom I sold. He is a lighter Amel.

Mine seem to all prefer to live alone too. The male enjoys visiting with the girls but they both look unamused with each other after a while..haha. Amels are some of my favorites! I recently picked up a small group of them and Whiteouts/Oreos. There are lots of cool colors to play with out there!
