Here are my 3 offspring from whiteout het patternless x het patternless. Obviously one of them is a patternless. The larger one was born 8/1 and the 2 smaller ones 8/30. At this point I think I have a patternless whiteout and two non-whiteouts, but I've never seen hatchling whiteouts "in the flesh". Any other ideas?

Hi there. I might be wrong but I think you may have one normal, one patternless, and one whiteout. The white on the middle of the brown spots and the yellows on the whiteouts show more as they get around 2-3 months of age.

My guess would be you have two normals and a patty. The more aberrant normal looks like it could be whiteout but the lighting makes it hard to tell if its a lot lighter than the other. As I understand it whiteout varies a LOT and can sometimes be tough to see if its low expression. You should be able to tell for sure when they grow a bit!

THanks, still waiting for them to get a bit older. I'm actually wondering if the patternless is a whiteout patternless since it hatched with 2 white lines toward the tail. The larger one is much darker and I'm sure it's not a whiteout and I'm waiting on the aberrant one.
