Some folks have had issues with repashy since they changed their formula a few years back. I only feed Pangea and Clarks so I haven't seen this first hand but I've heard it a lot. Locusts once a week is a good food source. The Jelly pots are basically empty calories and lots of chemicals. I wouldn't give them to my geckos ever. I've heard folks talk about cresteds getting addicted to them and refusing to eat healthy food which has a negative impact on their health. The impact may not be immediate if they are healthy to begin with but they will go downhill eventually if the jelly is most of what they eat.

Many of mine eat a bit less around this time of year since my house is cooler than in the summer. I weigh them once every 2-4 weeks and if they're not losing weight I don't worry.

I'd google some recipes for CGD to see what fruits others recommend. I'm not very knowledgeable about them but I believe they will eat fruit like strawberries and blackberries but they need to be mashed and the seeds may need to be strained out. Their diet needs a bit more protein in it than just raw fruit but many folks mix the CGD with the fruit pulp every once in a while as a treat. The plain raw fruit will be more or less empty calories.

Glad to hear it! Their metabolisms slow down in the winter so they may not eat as much. It's not a huge problem for an adult to go a week or two without eating as long as they have a bit of extra weight but a baby (10g and under) would start making me nervous after a week. I tend to look for poo rather than signs of eating as sometimes the babies are so small and eat so little it's tough to notice.
