Pictures of his sides would be necessary to determine what sort of patterning he has. From the picture above, he does have some patterning, but it's difficult to see what it is.
Does appear to be a flame. Not sure what color he fires up to (looks unfired in the above picture), maybe yellow or orange?

Yeah, that does look like tiger patterning. He's also a bit interesting in that his dorsal stripe is lined with dark on either side. I'm honestly not certain if there's a name for that.
If you're on Facebook, the Crested Gecko group is a big one that has a lot of breeders as members. They may know more about morphs.
