Good humidity?

Hey guys, I was just wondering how low do you let the humidity drop before you spray your cresties again? Ive been trying to wait until it hits the low 60's, or is that still too high? I would love to hear what you guys do.

I aim for 40-50 but spray nightly

I spray heavily at night, lighter in the morning,, and then lightly at about 3 when I get home from work. At that point it's usually down to about 40%.

I mist twice a day.
A light misting in the morning allowing the enclosures to dry out a big through the day.
At night I mist heavily.
This seems to work with both of my crested and gargoyles and provides plenty of humidity.
