I see how the leg is swollen and I am wondering if it is because of an injury from being caught in the lid or door of the cage when it was younger. Does it mush around like there is fat in it or does it feel more like a liquid puss?

Does the gecko act any differently than any of your other cresties, like favouring the leg or not using it much?

I do not think that there are any home remedies for this and that you may have to bring that little one to the vet to have them take a look at it. If it is puss then they will have to drain it.

The gecko was in a screen cage wen thise all happened... I notice that she wasent able to move around freely because their finger nails got stuck in the mesh!!' i decide to live him because i have had cresteds in these cage bafore with out any problems... Thought she would adjust and learn to move around .... 2 days later BAM!!! It could be liquid.... But im not sure! No vets in PR...

It looks like either a fractured leg bone or the start of MBD as that also tends to make limbs swollen. Honestly vet care will be needed for either as if it is a fracture meds should be given to reduce pain and antibiotics to insure no infections happen. MBD they may give a calcium injection and a diet with a bit more calcium added to it (like mixing CGD with a little extra calcium) can help with the MDB not progressing any farther. But really these are things your vet needs to decide because extra calcium wont help if it is a fractured limb, and if it isnt MBD you really dont want to be adding more calcium to the diet.

I have been giving her powdered calcium sinse my friend gave her to me..... but when these happened i started with concentrated liquid calcium 2 drops every day! i realy dont think is fractured because she really moves around with any complication, maybe with a bit of pain but it doesent stop her from moving around...

playing with calcium is not something you want to do esp in such high dosages, it can actually be lethal and is best for your vet to decide to give a liquid calcium as often those do more damage then good. I honestly would stop offering the liquid calcium, and as far as the other calcium goes, just give her a small sprinkle on her crickets or in the CGD once a week because again, too much calcium can be a bad thing.

These guys can actually walk and climb like normal with leg fractures, but often it is painful and infection occures with them, hence why you need a vets appointment. But also if it is just MBD, your vet will only know that for sure also and decide to course of action that needs to be taken.
