Thoughts on glass vs screen terrariums

I was wondering if anyone has any experiences they'd like to share regarding screen cages for leachies. I have my baby Isle of Pines in a screen enclosure and he has been doing outstanding. I don't have issues with humidity at all. The only thing I'm concerned with is nail catching. Has anyone ever had that happen? Also to reduce risk of this, when I move him to the 2x2x4 screen enclosure I was going to put cork tile on 3 sides. What are your thoughts? I'll also attach a picture of his current setup.

I guess if you can maintain the humidity, it shouldn't be a problem, though most people don't. The cork tile should help.

I've been looking into it more and I decided I'll just get a glass exo terra soon. I didn't think there were any big enough but after some searching I found a 36x18x36 terrarium. I'll upgrade him when he gets a little bigger:)

My leachie has been content in an 18x18x18. I had him in a taller and wider viv that wasn't as deep and his behavior seems to be the same.

Yeah I know he doesn't need that big of an enclosure but I was considering making his habitat a display piece. Also my crested is in a 18x18x24 and he loves it but he is much smaller than my leachie will be. I figured that the price difference isn't that much more to give him plenty of room:) I may end up getting a 24x18x36 instead though. Might be a little less cumbersome lol

I ordered a 18x24x36 exo terra! I'll post another update thread when I get it. It's on back order so it may be awhile lol I think it'll look much better for display than screen will. Also the tank cost the same as the cork tiles would've cost.
