Hey guys I`ve been breeding fat-tails and leopard geckos successfully and I want to get into knobbies. Was wondering what people usually start out with and of anybody has a pair of them.
P.S. I dont want to spend 500 bucks on a pair or something like that

If you want a pair of knobs and only have $500 then stick with what you got.

I would start out with Nephrurus (Underwoodisaurus) milii as a good starter for knobbies, and are a lot less expensive. They are easier to keep, quite social, out more often, and prolific breeders. Check out my website for care sheets.

With a budget of <$500 id go with a few unsexed Levis as a start , knobtails are generally a bit higher priced as adults.
