I am really digging the Goni. Are they handel-able? similar to a leo temperament/care wise?

To be honest, no.
Well mine aren't. I know some people who have some fairly tame ones but I try to leave mine alone pretty much, they tend to freeze when you disturb them and then maybe run if you go closer.
I quite like that they are 'wilder'/shyer and different to the leos !

It's fine if you have a nicely landscaped natural set up, but only if they'd be out and about at times so you could watch them.

I'd like to learn more about them (from people that have them) do they pretty much hide ALL the time and only come out when there's food? Or do they come out in the evening and have any interesting behaviors to watch?

I really do like the looks of them, yours are very pretty :)
