As u can see. Im trying to divide 20 gallon. And heat mat is only heating some area and I wanna know if its fine for geckos

Is the heat pad big enough so it reaches both sides? (Towards the middle?) If so, then that's fine.

I did this once, but I bought 2 small heat pads for each back corner.

No I placed all living thing small size heat mat in the middle and placed a styrofoam as divider. I made hide in tht warm side and gecko is enough to fit in there. Whole mat is covering hide box.

Yeah. And then there's a warm spot right on the other side too, right?

I see that your Leo isn't too big, but I had pictus geckos which are only about 5 inches as adults. They will need more room as they get bigger, just to keep in mind :)
