What have you been feeding your gecko? It's a good idea to check them for parasites every year or two but that huge poo doesn't instantly make me think worms.

After that I got my gecko a 20 gal instead of 10. He has been doing great now also he only eats mealworms. I've never taken him to get checked for parasites.

Is the urate all from 1 Job?
Only way of knowing is if you clean it up pretty regular.
The reason I ask is: I had a situation as such.
Male gecko had a prolapse....
Passed a likeness to your photo, a couple times.
He seemed to have trouble doing his JOB on a regular schedule.
When I soaked him in warm sugar water(recommended) that type
thing would come out. ASSUMED POOP.

It's poop it could be just a random poopnomaly but I'd keep an eye on the gecko just in case. If the next poop is the same try reducing amount of food fed/ frequency fed (ie every other day instead of daily) if that doesn't help call your nearest vet
