It's normal for them to stop eating a few days before and after they shed, just keep offering food every night. As long as she isn't losing weight or has other signs of illness, it's fine if they don't eat. Mine will go for over a month without eating and be perfectly fine, as long as their tail remains fat.

to me it looks weird because its mostly urate amd a bit of pale poop, which is exactly what id expect: the yellowish color of the poop part is probably because she hasnt eaten anything but some skin for awhile. what comes out is usually reflective of what comes in, so id say the poop looks normal for your leos circumstance. If she has any other symptoms, then id start to worry, but her poop looks fine.
