    As in panting? Or noisy breathing like a respiratory infection?

    ok tis is what i see under hes head wer hes neck it moves fast and don't now if its normal or not

    Their throats move pretty fast when they breathe, faster if they're stressed or startled - if you turned on the light, woke him up, he's not used to being handled, etc.
    If he seems to otherwise be breathing normally and quietly he's probably fine. Make sure you keep his cage temperatures in the right range, give him places to hide, try not to pick him up too suddenly, the usual.
