leopard gecko not eating

Hi, we recently bought a 10 month old female tremper-albino leopard gecko. Since purchasing her we originally kept her in a small see through plastic box with a few items. We then purcashed a vivarium a few days later. One which is 2 ft, so not massive. We felt it was too cold for her as well so have since bought a heat lamp and a thermometer to monitor it. During our day her tank gets up to 92F and during the night it goes down to 72f. We put food in her vivarium everynight, normally 3 or 4 hoppers and 2 meal worms when we go to bed. She has stopped eating though and normally when she is awake she is scratching her glass which has actually damaged it a little bit. We do her allow her social interaction everynight about 9pm for a little bit so she gets used to being handled. The problem is though she isnt eating, and doesnt look remotely interested when we do put food in her tank. Please help as to why this might be?

thanks in advance

Leos need an under tank heater to be able to digest their food. If they do not have heat on their bellies they cannot digest properly so therefore they do not eat. If you put a UTH(under tank heater) under her favourite hide and then put the thermometer probe on the floor where the heat is, the floor temp should be between 90-100. The heat lamp over top of them usually just stressed them out as they are nocturnal and prefer the dark anyways.

Hope this helps! Good luck and I am sure that you will find other suggestions from other people as well here helpful!!
