It's difficult to say really. Just like us, geckos tend to grow at different rates due to genetics and environmental aspects such as feeding or parasites. Giants and Super Giants also throw in other variables that can obscure exact weight or length ranges for an age. I'm sure some of the forum's experienced breeders may be able to give you a range; however, it will vary.
I'm currently working on a weight/length/time chart myself, but even then, I don't even know when the gecko I bought was born or its genetics.
With so many variables, it would hardly be able to be documented with any kind of accuracy that would serve as an across the board guideline. Without having a specific gecko's history, it would only be an estimated guess.
