Introduction and such...
Hello Everyone!
After a couple of posts, I figured it was time to post a formal introduction.
As my username suggests, my name is Luis and I own and operate T.R. Herp. We work mainly with Uroplatus and a few species of chameleon (T.deremensis, T.quadricornis, T.j.merumontanus).
I also operate and develop content for the Uroplatus Information Center, a site dedicated to centralizing information pertaining to Uroplatus. We don't have articles for every species, but we'll get there.
If it isn't obvious, I have a deep passion for Uroplatus. I've worked with, and hatched, most of the available species, along with a few aff's.
While breeding has been rather successful, we also focus a great deal of energy on developing the best possible acclimation process to ensure folks receive healthy WC animals for their breeding projects.
The rest of my time is taken up by a full time job and sometimes, just sometimes, a little bit of much needed sleep!
Well, I hope that didn't sound too self promoting, but spending as much time with these geckos as I do, it's a little unavoidable.
Cheers!
Luis

Oh, I suppose... I'll start with a few of my favorites.

Uroplatus sp. nov. aff. ebenaui

CB offspring

CB U.henkeli

Don't mind the incorrect species title, I realize it's now just Uroplatus sikorae.

U.sameiti

CB offspring

U.fimbriatus

This U.phantasticus stayed with me for more than a few months before I decided to let him go. I just loved to stare at him while he slept.
He now lives with my buddy Bruce in NY.

That will have to do for now. It's nearly time to feed the geckos!
Cheers!
