Hello guys i need help!! I have 2 leopard geckos and the female have got 8 eggs in total this summer and they all died[emoji24][emoji24][emoji24] I put them in the incubator just like normally and they died I think it's because they lay them in the sand. "the lay eggs box" is a cricket box with perlite. Please help me I'll post pics

The eggs are always like that and they never go in the box. Would that be useful if a buy a cave with a roof to put vermiculite or another substrate ?

I did answer to an extent in your other thread (and it's a good idea not to post the same question in lots of different places; one is enough). Some geckos that are first time layers just don't lay fertile eggs the first few times. Some geckos never lay fertile eggs. I've had both types of breeders. Occasionally the male isn't fertile. Your best bet, as I mentioned in the other thread, is to get rid of the sand and use something in the lay box more like coco fiber or vermiculite instead of perlite. Use the perlite in the incubator. See if that helps.
