Very nice. I tried MI once and the female quit half way through so I though they were bad but I incubated just in case and they all hatched. Congrats on your hatch and post pics when they are out.

Thanks Travis!
I don't normally use maternal incubation but this was a low end clutch for the wholesale pet trade. I also wanted to experiment and see if there was any differences as far as hatchling size/feeding response etc, as well as observing striping/abberant patterning due to fluctuation incubation temperatures. I plan on doing the same next year with a rack or two of females.

Here are the final photos in the series!

Almost all of them are out!

All the hatchlings together. As you can see they are all strong and robust!

Mom already took a live rat minutes after I removed the babies/eggs, washed/cleaned her up and replaced clean substrate.

Thanks Chris! I try to change it up a bit every now and then to keep it interesting or else I'll get bored year after year producing so many bps. I always laugh at myself when I realize how excited I am to slit those clutches with unknown possibilities or new combos I haven't produced, but I'm the exact opposite about clutches with combos/mutations I've already made.

I saw your pics on another forum- I've gotten my first few locks as well.
Good luck this season! I hope you produce some highways/highway combos
