Hi there,
My leopard gecko just died today and I am so upset and confused about what could have happened. I adopted him from a friend of mine who had him and a female. I have had him for less than two months. He seemed fine as of yesterday. I saw him drinking but have never seen him eating. I was told that they usually eat at night. He had plenty of meal worms and a few crickets in his cage at all times. As of 9 this morning his heat lamp was working but when I found him at 4 the light had burned out. The temp inside his cage was 75. Could the heat lamp going out have killed him? I really hope not. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
