Good deal?

I just found a 1.1 yearling pair of speckled hogg island Boas and a yearling super hypo bci for $450 from someone local. Is this a good deal? I want to get into Boas and They are gorgeous from the pics I plan on taking a drive up to see them in person but wanted some opinions.
