He or she was being picked on my another gecko in the same tank at the pet shop, and they said that's why there is a mark on her head (my daughter keeps calling it "her", and I don't know what sex it is)

Her weight is pretty good for being picked on! Make sure her cuts are clean and have no infections setting in.
You won't know the sex until about a year into their life, but assuming the sex is a fun guessing game!

Make sure she has at least 3 hides, one on the warm side, one in the middle, and one on the cool side. And a moist hide for sheds c:
Make sure her poops are constant too
