I had a pair of female leos a few years back and really adored them! I did rehome them to a very biology interested HS student that was very responsible and he loves them to death. Since then I had focused more on rats, but my apartment doesn't care for them. The landlord is rather uneducated on the matter and I had to rehome my little guys.

Since I am not spending money on rats for quite some time, I thought about getting a little leo in my home. I have almost all the supplies on hand as well as the funds to provide a nice home for one or two geckos. I'm thinking perhaps just one and getting a fancier morph than the ones I had before. This time, I am also going through a breeder as opposed to a pet store.

For morph, I am very attracted to a regular old blizzard. They are very striking and not too much at all. Seeing as I am not interested in breeding leos I see no reason to throw down a bunch of money for a gecko that would be just as good of a pet as a normal/common morph. I had girls before, so I'm thinking perhaps a boy this time.

So, that's all I really have to say. Hello all!

Hi, I have a blazing blizzard that I bought for $20 at an Expo and she's wonderful It would definitely be a good choice to go through a breeder. Another type of gecko that may interest you are Super Giant or Giant line Leopard Geckos. They're a bit pricier, but they're worth the money (in my opinion).

I almost forgot, welcome to the forums! We'd all be happy to answer any questions you have. When you pick a gecko, please post pictures!

I've attached a photo of my blazing blizzard.
