Nah it's all good we understand. I had 9 inches in the pony tail. so they were more than happy.

My Mom just donated...for women it's 10", and she gave 14". No, she's not bald now. They just take whatever is in the ponytail and leave you with a short hair cut. They'll also take all hair types - curly, straight, grey, etc...after all, different people have different hair!
