New Bearded Dragon Problems

I bought this bearded dragon from a woman selling it on Craigslist. He came with a tank, two heats lamps, an extra lamp, a stand, 2000 mealworms, cage furniture, and a mist bottle. I bought a high output UVB bulb. The owners said he was only with out it for a few days. I've had him a week and he is changing. His stomach seems baggy, he isn't very active, and he seems to have trouble moving. I've fed him greens and meal worms every day. He has as many he can eat in 15 minutes. He has his two heat lamps and UVB on for 12 hours a day. His stomach kind of twitches sometimes too. I bathed him two days after I got him. He's due to be bathed again Saturday. I took out the sand in the photo and left the tank bare until I get shelf liner. I'm starting to get worried. I know they go through a hibernation type thing, but he just looks unhealthy. I posted photos of him a week before and after I got him. Also some in between. The last two are the most recent. His heat gets to 99 plus he has a black basking rock. Any idea of what's going on?

Has he pooped? Mealworms are bad for dragons and can cause impaction. He may going into Burmation.

I agree about the mealworms. Crickets and dubia roaches are a better choice. He needs to have a basking area closer to the light; he may be cold. Build something up so he can get closer. My 2 beardies haven't eaten much in weeks and are sleeping most of the time --brumation. He looks big enough for that to be happening.

He has pooped everyday, except today. He's been asleep the majority of the day. I know they go into burmation but he looks like he's lost so much weight within three days. It's very scary.
