rule of thumb feeding?

So my dragon is probably 7 months old now and he eats SO FAST! I don't want to over feed him, i have heard about the paralysis from over feeding. So whats the best way to make sure your dragon is getting enough food? I always feel like im under feeding him because he eats so quickly.

BD's should be feed all they will eat 2x's a day at that age. Just make sure you feed the right size prey, if you feed insects that are to large they can get an impaction and that will lead to a paralysis state.
