Steve and I went hiking today outside of Grand Junction in Western Colorado and we happened to come across some adorable little lizards along the way...we missed photographing about 5 of them...but 2 of the little guys I managed to snap some photos I'm pretty darn proud of!

1st, a Side-blotched Lizard (Uta stansburiana)...I believe male

And 2nd, a prairie/plateau lizard (Sceloporus undulatus)...also believed male

thanks :) The side blotched was probably 2" snout to vent, the plateau maybe 3" snout to vent
