Advice for website design

Okay.. Im above average on most things PC related..
I was electronics tech in the navy
in college for electrical engineering

But in all my days I have NEVER had to make a website.

Well it is now that time.

And i dont know where to start.

Any advice?

Oh snap. I know how you feel. I'm the same and website crap is confusing.

I recomend building on weebly and then buying athe domain name with godaddy
for the easiest way

I purchased the domain name from Godaddy.com, and I host my website through Hostgator. I have to say Hostgator has a live chat if you have any issues, and they have been more then helpful. Some techs even can help with html coding but thats not in there scope of support. I highly recommend both of these places. As for building the site.
