LOL! I don't list my city because most people wouldn't know of Delavan.

Are you going to be at the show on November 11? I'll be going and it's a week after my birthday so I'll probably pick something up. The only time I went was the November 5th show last year which happens to be my birthday. It's a small show, but I like it a lot.

I know where Delavan is! lol I don't know for sure if I'll be at the show on the 11th. I might drop in for a little while, but I have no idea what else I might have going on then.

Nope. And honestly, even though it's just a few minutes from my house, I don't really know if it would be worth my time to man a table. IMO, they need a larger facility and more advertising to bring in more vendors and guests.

I totally understand. I only knew about it from Garrick's site. It's too bad that's what we have to represent Wisconsin. Like you said a larger facility, more advertising and better location would draw a lot more people. I'm sure most people would rather get their animals from the source and most breeders can offer a lot more guidance than a pet store.

I'm a little weird, I was born in California but grew up in Virginia. I tell people I am from Virginia because living there had more of an impact on the person I have become. I couldn't care less about Arizona where I currently live (no offense to anyone from here but this heat is just not for me - I miss the snow and the woods!)

Jess, I'll trade ya my snow and woods for your warm! ;) :D I hate winter.......so....uhhh.....I guess Northern Michigan isn't the best place to live. :main_rolleyes:

I was born in Jackson, Michigan (the response to this is always, "where that prison is?!?!" :main_rolleyes:), moved to Fort Worth, TX, back to Jackson and then on up to Traverse City! It's an absolutely gorgeous place to live. I just love the water. However, it's an expensive place to live (TC is a major tourist town), and as stated earlier, I hate the cold!! :main_yes: :p
