I sold 2 of my skulls and actually became depressed about it and had to remake them. LOL They each have names. Usually around halloween time you can find paper mache skulls at Michaels, and you can decorate your own, they are really fun! Looks like it requires a lot of patience!

So I guess it is true, practice makes perfect! There was probably a time where even Picasso was learning to draw your years of practice really paid off! I'll keep trying and hopefully come close to being decent with charcoal, it really is a beautiful medium to work with(even though it's messy as heck xD) thanks! I had to do that drawing for an art class, I really had no idea I could even draw something close to that, especially shaded! My form of shading has always been outlining a picture with a dark shade of a color, and filling it in with a lighter shade of that color :main_laugh:
