Thanks Kristi, Samantha, Jess, Matthew and Jenn.

I can tell you that I have a better perspective of what these mods do and have a greater appreciation to how they keep this site family friendly and open to noobs without criticism.

Nobody is perfect but the Mods that have been running this site are darn close :)

I mod a photo site for the last 5 years and understand the time it takes sometimes... my hat's off to all mods here!
