Sharp Shinned Hawk Accipiter striatus. Smaller hawk species, feeds mostly on passerine birds. Tends to frequent bird feeders.(Not looking for seeds, muahaha)

Lol notice the millet on th platform?
im on the 3rd floor.. and my birds are messy always tossing seed all over..

i think that bird was eating on my porch when it happened..
the hawk is on the top of a light post.. like <20 feet away from my porch

close, but not a coopers. The blue-grey head gives it away. Coopers lack the "cap" of color tha the sharp shinned have. Very similar looking species other than that.

Looks more Coopers than Sharp shinned to me.

Coopers on the left. Google more pics of each. My money is on Coopers! Rounded tail, eye placement, no bold marks. Here ya go. Heres a link describing the differences in great detail.

I do however agree with Russes opinion on bird B. haha :)

I believe this is one of hawk breeds, but I am not quite sure whether it is a “cooper” or “Clasher”.
