Thanks. I haven't been able to get a nebulizer yet so I've been giving 1.8 mg orally every 24 hours, he seems to be doing fine, only been doing it a couple days so I'll keep an eye out to look for improvements. I don't see much on orally administered antibiotics in reptiles, idk if it'll help...
