Madagascar Day Gecko

I found one of these at my local *****. They seem to carry a lot of exotic lizards at this *****. It is the same one that had the Armadillo Lizard a couple months ago. Anyone know about these or seen exotic lizards like this at their pet stores?

In some respects. They still keep their baby leos on cali-sand. But other than that they seem to be good. They recently only keep 3 leos in a time in their little tanks, too.

The *****s I go into (there are 6 within 20 miles of me) seem to get all sorts of uncommon reptiles in --jewel lizards (I may have that name wrong), ameivas, lined day geckos, cresties. I worry a little because they're fairly inexpensive and most people who shop at ***** may not be able to care for the more unusual reptiles properly. I have two day geckos and, while they are not too hard to take care of now that they're set up properly, the preparation and care are not as simple as with leopard geckos, and a lot of people get that wrong. The giant day gecko also needs a fairly large enclosure and I don't know if people realize that when they buy it from *****.

I went back and saw it is a Madagascar Panther Gecko not Day Gecko. I didn't see any in the tank though. Here is a picture.. looks pretty cool.
