It's hard to tell from the picture, but I don't think so. In any case, swab it gently with a q-tip and either warm water or hydrogen peroxide and keep an eye on it. Check in with a vet if it gets worse.

Here's some more, it's hard to capture it through 📷 but in person you can see a little disfigurement in her mouth.. I took a q tip with some hydrogen peroxide and swapped the area on her mouth, is that what I need to do?

It's still hard to see, but if you keep it clean and inspect it daily to see if it's getting worse you should be able to keep track of it. Consider a vet visit if it gets more crusty.

See if you can get it to open its mouth, and look for any black/dark spots. I used reptaid for my gecko when I thought she had it, and it cleared up. It also sometimes helps your gecko to eat more.

How would I open her mouth? She's a very calm gecko..

put your fingernail against the bottom jaw in the middle or one of the sides and push downward gently . The jaw may only open for a moment, so be ready.
