    yeah they are fake, and yeah i havent gotten the tank fully oscar proof, but do plan on taking the plants out when he starts becoming an interior decorator.

    So yes I did it, after years of fish keeping, got my first Oscar :)...So excited, was told he is a yellow oscar, lets hope this turns out to be true. Got a pic of the tank and him in his little baggy...sorry for the poor cellphone pics.
