Anyone know what this is?

We noticed a blister-like bump on our gecko, Dini's, nose. We've put neosporin on it for the last few days, but there's been no change at all... Anyone have any ideas?

Not sure what that is, but I would get this leo to a vet as soon as possible.

its a pimple....NO just kidding. Its full of fluid and its like puss. I seen it on an albino before. Take it to the vet and they will probably say its an infection.

update

The vet poked it with a tiny needle to see what was in it, and it was a clear liquid. She drained it completely and said that it's probably just a harmless cyst, but to bring him back if he appears tired or has any other sickly symptoms, and we're putting neosporin on the spot to keep the needle prick from getting infected. Basically, its just a water blister.
