you need to raise humidity a bit more, looks like your leo has stuck shed on its feet, give him a bath in warm water for about 15 mins and try removing the shed with a cotton swab

It's always amazing the amount of variation in the enigma gene.... here's a pic of MY tang enigma... (not trying to hijack... just sharing) after her last shed..

The white'd out area was a fresh terd... no one really needed to see that part...LOL
