Babies is flooding this season,


and my 2nd rack is filled so decided to make a new one

Bin Size 21"x15"x5"

designed the lid -rail via solidworks

cut the metal sheet using grinder ang ultrathin cutting disc

assembled all the parts on solidworks

but next day decided to attached 1 more frame on the bottom for the caster mount

put the lids/rails temporarily for fitment before painting epoxy primer on it

Thanks ehebert and chauffeamm,

that thing is almost 80-90 kilogram, rock solid

didnt go for stackable layer cause I dont have a miter saw for the legs, stackable should have perfectly squared legs and perfectly cut legs or else you'll end up swinging or not matching legs
