There are a few that feed turks. Only reason they're not so popular is because Dubia are preferred because of their characteristics. Turkistan roaches are still a good choice.
I don't know if the roaches differ much or not in nutrient content but dubia can't climb and can't breed (much) below 85 degrees. They're my feeder roach of choice because of these characteristics making it unlikely they will infest my apartment. I know folks that breed smaller species of geckos and spiders like the smaller roach species for the bitty babies and because some don't burrow as much.
