How to maintain temps and humidity?

I just got a Hova-Bator today and it has a thermostat and when installed it says decrease or increase. Is there any way to select a specific temperature?

Those little circular thermostats that come with the unit are worthless. You need a separate proportional thermostat to maintain constant temps. I use a Helix, which was rather expensive but worth the $$ IMO, and I think Big Apple sells a good one too. To answer your question though, no, there is no way to select a specific temp with the one the 'bator comes with.
