Is this cage big enough?

Im looking up tanks and everything for my future bearded dragon purchase. and i came across this cage and i was wondering if it was a good cage or no?

I like the length and the width just not sure if its tall enough or if it needs to be taller?

This type of cage doesn't really allow you to provide adequate uv lighting for a bearded in my opinion.

that cage looks a bit expensive. Just go on craigslist and look for a 55 gallon(minimum) I found mine on craigslist for 30 bucks. The bigger the better.
