Are leopard geckos prone to liver problems? Just curious, we have had several problems over the last few years and it always comes very unexpected to geckos that appear to be eating and quite healthy. We feed with gutloaded meal worms and roach nymphs. I don't think it's a feeding problem due to the fact that everyone else is always fine. Just started wondering if it might be a genetic predisposition.
