I just bought a new reptile, according to felicia I'm nuts....rob likes this one too, so he's also nuts!!!!!!!!!!
Here is my new savannah monitor, about 8 inches and deffinately eating healthy, I made sure that he/she ate before I brought it home. Sure enough he/she scarfed down a thawed fuzzy mouse.
By the way, I only buy from this pet store because one of my best friends takes care of the reptiles and knows what she's doing...although we're still trying to get them to put reptile carpet in the tanks instead of crushed walnut shells :main_angry: :main_thumbsdown: So far my baby is looking like there might be a small hemipenal bulge showing. But it's too small still to be sure.I'm planning on making some hides for it myself out of the chunks of tree that I helped cut down. Anyone know for sure, do I bake it at 400 degrees or 300 and for how long??? I'm dealing with elm wood.
